MLS was formed in 1998 to serve a niche in the marketplace and operates affordable, high quality serviced office buildings in Central and Greater London, as well as in other key UK cities and international locations. We allow our clients to retain their corporate identity, giving them all the benefits of a traditional lease, with the added value that a flexible licence term brings to their business.
It is estimated that there are 1000 business centres and managed workspace locations across the UK. In the UK, serviced offices and managed workspace account for only 0.8% of all commercial property. It is also estimated that 200,000 workstations in the UK are operated. MLS currently run 73 centres within the UK and internationally. This provides us with over 1,000,000 square feet of workspace, approximately 14,000 workstations, and over 1,200 meeting room seats, all of which provide a home for over 3,000 businesses. In support of the environment, 17 of our centres have bicycle facilities and 22 of our centres have shower facilities, thereby encouraging employees and clients to cycle to work.

We offer our flexible solutions at very affordable prices, giving our clients outstanding value for money. Our business plan provides for the opening of many new centres for our clients' use, as we expand our network into more key UK and international locations.
We have a comprehensive meeting and conference room service, through MLS Venue, which provides high quality, affordable meeting facilities, including AV and catering throughout our network.

We also offer a full facilities service through our maintenance and fit-out arm, CBS.
